Needs-based, individual management coaching
The core of our Development Center for managers is an individual position determination for each participant, alongside identifying personal areas of development.
Participants use case studies to handle specific management tasks. Our two-day Development Center ends in a personal feedback meeting and individual development measures for each manager, which they can then address in their everyday work.
