A school internship is designed to help you explore first career options. You’ll get a glimpse into the company’s day-to-day operations, learn about work processes, and assist with simple tasks (usually by observing or participating), such as in technical, production-related or business-related areas at Eberspächer.

An internship offers a first glimpse into professional life while you’re in university or college (e.g., part-time or for a period of weeks or months). You’ll work as part of a team, get to know the day-to-day work routine, and take on tasks such as participating in projects, conducting tests, preparing documentation, or working with data — all tailored to the relevant department at Eberspächer (e.g., Engineering, Quality, HR and more). 

As a working student, you work regularly alongside your studies over an extended period (months) and provide ongoing support to teams. Typical tasks include, for example, collaborating on projects, conducting analyses and reporting, automation, or providing support for testing and experiments — depending on the team at Eberspächer.

Write your thesis with us to complete your degree — Chose a specific, practical topic for your Bachelor’s thesis or Master’s thesis and develop your academic research paper in direct collaboration with a team at Eberspächer. You will research the fundamentals, develop a method and implement it (e.g., data analysis or testing), evaluate the results, and present them.

Start your career as a Finance & Controlling Trainee

Unlike in traditional entry-level positions, as a trainee you’ll take on responsibilities in both operational and strategic areas of Finance & Controlling. In the process, you’ll expand your expertise, gain valuable hands-on experience, and deepen your understanding of financial concepts. The program combines on-the-job training, structured mentoring, and project-based learning. 

Over the course of 18 months, you’ll discover where your greatest strengths lie—and with your network, skills, and insights, you’ll know exactly how you want to shape your career at Eberspächer.

Your journey begins here:

1. Rotation in Finance & Controlling: Dive into operational and strategic areas and play an active role in shaping the financial world.
2. International Deployment: Spend 3–6 months abroad and gain valuable experience on the global stage.
3. Your Specialisation: Develop your area of expertise in your preferred field.
4. Project & Responsibility: Lead your own project from concept to completion — and impress management with your solutions and the impact you make.
