International Trainee Program
Start your career as a Finance & Controlling Trainee
Unlike in traditional entry-level positions, as a trainee you’ll take on responsibilities in both operational and strategic areas of Finance & Controlling. In the process, you’ll expand your expertise, gain valuable hands-on experience, and deepen your understanding of financial concepts. The program combines on-the-job training, structured mentoring, and project-based learning.
