The training program for young professionals
With our Eberspächer Aceleration Program we specifically promote our young professionals. This finely structured program builds up and expands business know-how as well as soft skills. The participants go through training modules such as business administration, change management, conflict management, communication and presentation skills, intercultural sensitivity and CIP Basic. The Eberspächer Learning World is our digital learning management system. It makes continued training at Eberspächer even easier for you. It also provides you with direct access to extensive, diverse continued training opportunities. You will also receive a very quick overview of our entire training programs. Your registration will be sent directly to your manager online and approved with the click of a button. You can then start our e-learning programs on many different topics immediately.

Development Center
Needs-based, individual management coaching
The core of our Development Center for managers is an individual position determination for each participant, alongside identifying personal areas of development. Participants use case studies to handle specific management tasks. Our two-day Development Center ends in a personal feedback meeting and individual development measures for each manager, which they can then address in their everyday work.
With leads! we have developed a global leadership program to create a uniform understanding of leadershipand further strengthen the competencies of our managers. It creates a framework within which each manager can further develop his or her individual leadership style.
